2. Market map (condensed from my research)
The category splits into crowded camps. RiseAngle sits in the gap between them.
| Cluster | Tools | Price range | Why it's not RiseAngle |
| A · Faceless autopilot (creator-focused) | AutoShorts.ai, FlowShorts, Revid.ai, ClipTaps | $19-69/mo | Anonymous niche channels, generic content, race to the bottom on price. No business identity. |
| B · AI UGC / ad generators | Creatify, Arcads, Videotok | $19-550/mo | One-off paid ad creative for performance marketers. The client still buys and runs the media. |
| C · Organic content for business (closest) | Predis.ai, OpusClip, Submagic | Freemium to $249/mo | Broad, static-leaning, or repurposing layers that need source footage. No vertical presets, no full autopilot. |
Nobody clearly owns "done-for-me, recurring, industry-specific organic video presence for a real business." That's the wedge: an outsourced video marketing department that never stops, priced against an agency or a hire, not against a $19 toy.
Risks to design around
- Organic reach is not guaranteed. We sell consistency and discoverability, never virality.
- Platform ToS on automated posting. TikTok and Instagram can throttle low-variety automated AI content. Variety per account is a product and GTM concern.
- AI-content sameness. The top complaint about Predis and Revid at volume. The vertical presets and digital twin are the antidote, and we should say so.
- The proof gap. Premium pricing demands case studies with real reach and lead numbers.
3. Strategy v1
5.1 ICP sequencing: "business" is too broad to start from zero
- Beachhead: local service businesses where your presets already exist. Dental, real estate, HVAC, roofing, med spas, home services. The pain is acute, each customer is high-value, they're easy to list and name, and "built for dentists" lands instantly. We win here first.
- Expansion 1: e-commerce and DTC (Shopify, TikTok Shop). Opens when your product-storytelling presets ship.
- Expansion 2: B2B SaaS. Longer cycles. Needs the storytelling presets plus a couple of SaaS case studies in hand.
On creators: agreed, they're not the ICP. But they are the distribution. "Marketing for dentists" and "grow your real estate brand" experts become affiliates and demo amplifiers. We recruit them. We just don't market to them.
5.2 Positioning and narrative
"You don't need another video tool. You need a video team that never stops. RiseAngle is the autopilot marketing department for [industry]: branded short videos, posted for you, every week, on every platform."
- Local service: "Stay visible in your city without lifting a finger. Consistent videos that build trust and bring customers in."
- E-commerce: "Turn every product into a stream of scroll-stopping videos. Organic reach that compounds, instead of an ad budget that resets."
- B2B SaaS: "Founder-grade product storytelling every week, without a content team."
5.3 Channel plan, prioritized
Primary: the demo Trojan horse. RiseAngle itself generates a real demo video for every prospect. Their clinic, their store, their brand. The first message opens with it: "I made 3 videos for your dental practice with AI. Want the rest posted automatically?" The motion: build a dense list in one vertical (200 dental practices), then personalized email + LinkedIn + Instagram/TikTok DM, demo video attached, 10-minute call, close into the starter business tier or a paid pilot. This converts far better than any generic pitch, and it demonstrates the product's whole promise in the first touch.
Secondary, compounding in parallel:
- Vertical SEO pages: one indexable "AI video marketing for [industry]" page per preset, with a live example and CTA. Creatify runs this exact use-case-page play and ranks on buying-intent queries. You already have the raw material: the 85+ presets.
- Affiliate and agency partners: 25-30% recurring commission, Rewardful-style. OpusClip scaled this past $100K in affiliate-driven sales with hundreds of active partners; Creatify runs the same program. Your /affiliates page gets upgraded to that model, and we recruit agencies and consultants who already serve these verticals.
- Micro-influencer seeding: free accounts plus affiliate links for "marketing for [vertical]" experts, found through YouTube keyword search. Submagic rode this pattern from $0 to $83K MRR in 90 days. Shortimize documented $0 to $1M ARR in 3 months on influencer marketing.
- Communities: Reddit (r/smallbusiness, r/Entrepreneur, industry subreddits), plus Facebook and Slack groups per vertical. Value and soft demos, never spam.
- Dogfooding proof: 2-3 public demo business accounts run entirely by RiseAngle. Their dashboards become content, sales assets, and ad creative.
- Paid social: later. Paid scales a message that already converts. It doesn't find one.
5.4 Hooks to test first
- "I generated a week of videos for a dentist in 4 minutes. Here's what happened." (screen recording of Autopilot)
- Before/after: an empty single-platform feed vs a constant multi-platform presence.
- The price reframe: "$[tier]/mo vs a $4,000 content hire vs a $2,500 agency retainer."
- "Your competitor posts 24 videos a month. You post 4. Here's how to fix that on autopilot."
- Real reach and engagement numbers from a same-vertical demo account.
- "Set it once, never touch it again," shown literally.
4. 90-day roadmap v1
Built on an entry-tier-first assumption for now. If pricing proof already exists on your side, we compress this and aim higher earlier.
Weeks 1-2
Pick the beachhead, build the demo machine. Lock 1 vertical. Launch 2 demo accounts. Build the personalized outreach system with an AI-generated demo video attached to every first touch. Draft 3 hook variants. Output: a 200-prospect list and a repeatable sample process.
Weeks 3-4
Outbound sprint to first client. Personalized sends at volume across email, LinkedIn, and DMs. Book demos. Open 1-2 paid pilots. Goal: first paying client or pilot by end of week 4.
Weeks 5-8
Prove and document. Onboard first clients as documented case studies: reach, engagement, leads. Launch the vertical SEO pages. Launch the upgraded affiliate program. Goal: 3-5 paying clients and 1 public case study.
Weeks 9-12
Systematize, open the second channel. Recruit vertical micro-influencers and agency partners. Start a small paid retargeting test on the winning message. Template the outbound for vertical #2. Goal: a repeatable pipeline and a validated CAC.
5. Your questions, answered straight
First client
The honest window is 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff. A starter-tier or paid-pilot close can land inside the first 10 to 14 days if the demo-video outbound hits. A $1,000-2,000/month close is a week 4-8 event, because it needs proof in hand.
Strategy
Single-vertical beachhead plus personalized outbound where the product generates a custom demo for every prospect. It's the fastest-converting motion in this category, and it needs no ad budget and no SEO ramp.
Platform
LinkedIn and email as the primary channel to owners and marketing leads. Instagram and TikTok DMs as the secondary touch. RiseAngle's own TikTok, Shorts, and Reels output runs the whole time as live proof.
Budget
Lean start. Outreach, enrichment, and sending tools: roughly $150-400/month, plus RiseAngle credits for generating prospect samples. A small paid test of $500-1,500 (ads or paid collabs with vertical experts) only after a message converts organically.
Time
20-30 focused hours a week covers the weekly plan. I'd propose a 30-60 day sprint with the first-client milestone inside month one. Then we decide the ongoing format from a position of data, not hope.
